[Norato - Progression]

im glad to hear a melody in this song. i wasnt going to review this but i decided to anyways. this song is really what house is all about. its calm relaxing uplifting creative and progressive. i feel a great ammount of envy for those with the nice programs and computers and freedom to make music. i dont know if you still act like a dick but this song is a great song reguardless.

you need to get yourself some more friends who know a thing or two about music because your really good and it could do you some wonders if you got some tips from different sources.
in the third section the second instrument clashes with the first with the notes it uses im assuming that the third note is flat. i want your second segment so bad right now. i could do so much with it but seeing how im out of practice and i would need to find a nice computer to put the program on i cant really do that can i. i also really like the last segment. i want you to try something so just hear me out i know it will probably be hard but thats the point if you can pull it off it will be worth it. try to make an instrument that carries all the way through this song make it melodic and match the segments when they change. when your done get back to me.

i liked the bass line a lot and there was a nice sub melody in there. it sounds like jazz and house had a baby :D. i feel lke more needs to happen. it just sounds plain and rehearsed if you know what i mean. i do like the song i just wish something more would happen.

it always amazes me how you put together these riffs that sound like theyre from different songs into one place. you get half way through the song and your like ...?? is this the same song from earlier?? it makes me feel like im flipping through the channels and everything that is on is some kind of action movie.

some things to consider.
1. trance usually has a more dominant melody but the melody here almost doesnt exist at all.
2. with this kind of composition i would call it house especially with that strong bass line.
3. the quality is nice but i think you should spend more time on your eq.
4. all things being said this piece is actually really good there are just some technical flaws and i would change the genre.

with the drums being so constant and powerful it really gets boring i also dont care for the flute that you have going there. not so much as the instrument itself just the melody that came with it. i liked the harp like instrument but when it goes back to the flute again i just want to turn it off. it has a midevil feel to it which is ok but it doesnt make me think of forests

as for the music itself i really like it. the lyrics from :22-:42 i felt lacked power and quality. when you jumped into it after that it it was better. i liked the message. this type of rap is actually my favorite type of rap. it help me release stress, especially when life is giving me shit.

its not very captivating, it gets boring around the middle and i stop wanting to listen. i guess its just a general dislike for the song. however i did like the quality of the different instruments. i also liked the instruments chosen. i just want to see more happening in this song. btw yes i know its house i still feel the same way

im frustrated while listening to this song the opening is very misleading. i love the opening but then it turns into a completely different song. can you understand what i mean. the song was fine i was just expecting a different kind of song and then it jumps ship on me and im left with something unrelated. it just feels disjointed like two separate songs

try not listening to the radio lol seriously use youtube and pandora and you wont have that problem. its interesting... i didnt think i would like it but it really isnt that bad. i still prefer the original though. considering the nature of the song i have to give you props.

you have no idea how difficult it was to do this, and it sounds so simple in the end because of my minimalistic preferences, but have a song changing tempo and shit theres a reason the original song is only piano and vocals.
