well

the build in this was very nice the melody was catchy and when the counter melody came in and took over i was quite happy but i do feel that it loops unapropriately it should build back up then loop

a couple things

1 the intro was way too long it took much too long to get interesting

2 its a bit repetitive

3 the drums were very nice a strong dnb feel

4 the melody was kinda nice just needs more work

5 the jump at 3:21 was very nice and the build afterwards worked nicely as well

i think that a good solid harmony would make me like this song more
like the string entrance at 1:43 i believe it adds structure to the song gives it a stepping stool yaknow most of your song seems to lack it due to lack of melody
i did also like the counter melody there at 3:02

needs more umph

try to be more agressive with the dynamics and the build
the build in this song just didnt seem to be strong enough
in a sense its missing that epic feel that dubstep is meant to have
much more technoy then dubstepy

Genre's slightly subjective, I don't want to overuse breakdowns/builds, but I'll try and get better at it.

i like

my drum step much dirtier this is more like dnb with very mild dubstep additions to the bass to make it a little harsher
but thats my opinion i also think its a bit short for either dnb or dubstep you need a little more space to really get into it

Yes, but you would be surprised that there are even more melodalic Drumstep songs out there. We as musicians should really be open minded when making music.

I know dubstep and drumstep is known for being dirty. But it doenst have to be that way. WE choose it to be so.

I also understand you wanting it to be longer but. its ment for a short animation im making for madness day. Hopefully i actually make it! :P

the bass a little and you need to make it run smoother your song is running more like a dub step song without the dubstep instruments

would be my second fav tied with 8 my fav is 7

decent remix but i think you need to tone down that main synth/pad
its comeing off way too strong and overpowering the rest of the song
